Originally designed for the workplace, we discovered that class participants took this class home and tried it on their families. When we were told, “this class saved my marriage”, and again “this class save my divorce and kept me out of court” we adapted Communicating for Results to help in-tact families or divorcing couples who are co-parenting to communicate more effectively. FEAT LAB TM
(Functioning Effectively & Authentically Together)
It can be difficult to read an organization’s culture, or function effectively in it. Employees may hold different values, find it difficult to build effective work alliances, or be confused by organizational politics. The FEAT Lab is an experiential learning opportunity in which participants can explore and experiment with the elements of effective group functioning, learn to read group dynamics, and practice leadership, authorization, and delegation. For 25 or more.
